Ok sorry for multiple threads, just posted about how to train your baby to stay in a bag/purse and it got my mind spinning......where have you taken your baby that no one had any idea they were even there? My ultimate goal (I know crazy probably) is someday Chloe could go to church with me in my bag/purse and no one know she is there.....now let me say my church is pretty loud, and would last for 1 hour.

Where have you taken your yorkie and no one has had a clue they were in your purse/bag?

LoL You are funny. Everyone knows when I take Peanut anywhere bc I carry him, I can take him pretty much everywhere but the food stores.. But he is still very well manerd. He doesnt bark at people or try to get away from me. He will just sit in my arms. I always took him everywhere when he was a puppy ( after all his shots) that way he got use to going places. Thats all it comes down to. The more you take her the more she will get use to it. And when she barks or does something you dont want her to do you have to correct her.

Couver has been everywhere- movie theatres, malls, Wal-Mart, nail salons... everywhere. Any place I have gone, he has gone. I just avoid places where they will check my purse; concerts, fairs etc.

Ha Ha me too!! I walked in the garden section and the lady said " you cant bring dogs in here" and I was just being a smart a@@ and I said he is my seeing eye dog, and she said " you cant bring him in" so I went to the front LoL I was lucky enough where no one saw us

I have tacken my baby in to the grocery stores ! and i have tacken in to wal-marts but now she like to bark so i wont take her anymore

and so much more...she's a mobile yorkie!

funniest was going into the local courthosue--we said, sir, there is dog in that bag, please don't xray--he didn't belive me and put her on the belt--as she started in--he grabbed her and said OMG there is really a dog in there! DUH....silly guard!

Lexi and Bentley went last weekend car shopping with us. They have gone to Walmart, many restaurants, my daughters school, etc.... Bentley is a little easier than Lexi to take because Lexi can be a little whiny if I sit the bag down like at a restaurant. The other 2 are just 2 big to take discreetly.

I can't take my Bryan anywhere without people not knowing he's there...I take him to target and Bed Bath & Beyond and I put him in the cart but he stands up on his hind legs like a flag and gets excited every time someone comes by...I think he thinks they r all there to see him Lol!

I take Sugar to Publix (grocery store) several times a week

We get lots of attention and Sugar gets lots of treats

Now, when I go without her....nobody calls across the store in a Southern drawl "Hi Sugar" and I feel dissed

You would think a grocery store would have issues with her being there....everyone from baggers to managers interacts with her

Tatum has been to church once! It wasn't an actual church service though. It was a Christmas program and we had her with us out of town and got back into town just in time to go to the program and didn't have time to take her back home. She wasn't in a bag... just bundled up in a blanket a little but the pastor didn't mind!

That's me. I started taking Tucker in a purse just as soon as I brought him home. He's totally used to it a remains still and quiet. The main reason for training him to do this was that I travel alot and I refuse to leave him in the car esp. when it's hot out. So he goes into the gas station, restaurants, stores ect.
