I have learned SO much from the site and all of the wonderful people here. I have decided to find another breeder (with AKC vs CKC). It hurts my heart though because I have waited a long time. The right puppy will come my way at the right time.

I saw a post yesterday about girl names and picked out a few; Lexi, Jasmine, Makayla. But I heard or read somewhere that for training purposes it is easier to stick with names with one or two syllables. Not sure if that is correct? I haven't started on the boys names yet.

So, if anyone knows of any breeders in Northern California, please let me know. (If I am not asking this question in the right place please let me know. I don't want to break any rules).

HI and WELCOME! Being owned by a Yorkie is a wonderful thing. This site is the best possible place to learn all about this great breed. I know it gets frustrating finding the perfect pup for you. ( I am waiting to find a boston terrier as I type this.) Taking the time is the best thing to do though as people here will tell you.
