My groomer always cuts Sammi's nose short

Ok...These are some pictures from Chanels puppy cut - They did a really good job on her face and she was short all over....

thanks so much for your pictures. now i get it..i can have just the hair above the nose and around the eye area trimmed but yet can still have hair to put in a pony tail and some hair on the sides... im gonna print these pictures and take them to the groomer... you guys are just wonderful....

When I took Chanel to get her hair short - I told them PUPPY CUT. I said DO NOT CUT her face hair - you have to stress that or they may cut it all off and you will have a little chi coming home with you - IF you leave pictures with them - you're safer ....so GOOD LUCK !

Thanks to everyone for posting pictures. I want to let Munchkins hair grow out a bit, more like a puppy cut and less like a shaved back. I'll take these to the groomer so she can see what I'm trying to do - Maybe she should just trim her up so she can grow out evenly.

That's a good idea Lynn - When a groomer tries to fix a cut they can make it look worse but if you let it grow out a bit - they can at least have a starting point and do their OWN cut and you may find it looks better. Chanel got a really BAD grooming job once and I just sat it out and then had them fix it once they had hair to work with
