| when a company counterclaims its to scare you into a settlement dont do it any juge with a pet or child will side with you and the other posters are right bring in pictures with her and you or your kids her favorite toys if she had a special blanket any thing that will tug a heartstring this may sound cold and im sorry but also go to a breeder and ask them to write up a estimate for a "replacement" dog when you sue for money you are sueing for a replacement when it comes to property i am truly sorry for my frank advice but i thought you should know your in my thoughts and prayers
