| Quick question Is it ok to put the crate in the xpen and leave the door open for your baby all night? I just got my baby on monday and I have been doing this jst so she can use to it for when im not home. Is this good practice or and i setting myself up for disaster. She seem to be content for the most part until she wakes up and Im still sort of sleep( I seem to get up on the hour just to check on her) but when I'm home shes out and relaxing on her pillow bed at the foot of my chair or i'll be on the floor with her playing. Like right now she's sleeping on her pillow bed next to me but I will be tucking her away when I go to bed. She also has pee pads and an unused litter box(I wanna try the litter bx) in the xpen for when she goes in the middle of the night. Is this ok...She is just the sweetest thing and had no problem as of yet of being left alone and she's only been with me three days.

| Awww, congratulations on your little one. I do exactly everything you said! Hot Rod is 2 and may on occasion go into the crate to sleep. But for the most part, my two sleep in the donut bed atop of the many, many fleece b lankies. lol Good luck with your little one.

| That's a really good question. Princess has never been in a crate, or a xpen. I would think that would be OK, but they do find ways to get out, so I'd be careful. Maybe someone with experience with the pens will answer you're question better.

| It's perfectly fine (: Tyler has his crate in his xpen so he gets the choice of sleeping in his bed or in his crate! Whatever makes them more comfy I don't see why it would be a problem! |
