| Ants got to the bully stick!!! Eek! It's gotten hot over here again in So Cal the last few days, and the bugs are back. I usually leave Uni's bullys out wherever so she can get to them whenever she wants. Tonight when BIL came home, she usually gets a toy and shows off to him. But right away he says what are you doing? She started rubbing her face all over the couch. He looked at it, and saw ants all over it! I cleaned it off and put it in a baggie in the freezer to kill off any germs an whatnot. She had ants all over her face! I picked off about 7 of them! Yuck!

| Eek is right. Apparently they're not only yummy to our babies but other forms of life seem to be attracted to them. We don't have that problem because the bully sticks disappear in no time at all. We have little piggies!!!

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Oh, poor baby!!! I do the same, leave them whereever for Nolee to get them. I am sure he has plenty hidden all over the house! Thanks for the warning, I guess we need to be more careful with them!

| This happened yesterday to Ben's bully stick. He took it out on the patio and they covered it within an hour! I don't know where all those ants come from or how they spread the alarm so quickly! We should be very glad God made them so small, that is all I can say! I just shooed him away from it and left it. Thankfully a nice rain storm came along this morning and washed it off for me. So, I rescued it again. I have found there are definately a LOT of difference in bully sticks. I must have had some old or extra-dried-out bully sticks before. The last ones they got turn all white and mushy when they chew on them. They swell up, stick to their hair, and make a mess. I am no longer a fan of bully sticks even though they seem to like these just as much as the ones I had before that did not get all messy. I may not get anymore after this since I don't see anyone advertising theirs as old and dried out enough not to be messy.

| LOL. I get Uni's bullys from Merricks. Technically they are flossies. They are bullys but just a bit thinner and all twisty. Not too smelly. Sometimes she pulls off a bit and it gets stuck in her teeth. She makes a smacking sound and looks at me like "Help!", and I have to open up her mouth and pull it out. Eeww.
