| The good and the challenging-suggestions needed first the good.. Oliver is eating!! YAY!!!! I am so happy about this! Ok, now the challenging. The previous owner said he was crate trained. He WILL NOT go in for me at all. I have to pick him up and put him in. When I did it the past 2 days, he was fine, just went to sleep. Now today...he is barking as we are leaving the house and he was barking when I returned, 4.5 hours later, from work. I have no idea if he barked the entire time or not. Any suggestions? Debbie |

| He did not bark the entire time! He is very smart and is testing you. Don't change anything. Be strong, put him in when you leave with toys and treats and hugs and shut the door. Walk away don't look back and don't speak back to his barks or whines. He will see this is how it is, he will be fine.

| Thank you! I sort of knew that, but needed some reinforcement. |
