She is 9 months and I am not sure if it matters which way I go. boy or girl? Does it matter if she is spayed to get along with one or the other? I kinda want a cuddler more lappy. My baby is very independent kinda stuck up does not like to be held. Can you train a pup young to sit on your lap more?? She to far into her ways lol I am looking for a pup also to keep her feeling one of the elders. I am also getting pure breed yorkie this time. I just wish for pets only they would leave the tail undocked so hard to find them not. So if any input would be great. oh and they also would be spayed or nuturd (spelling?) Thanks Kyra |

| The odds are in your favor with a boy, but no guarantees. Go Boy!

| When I lost my boy this winter, the vet recommended a young male dog to keep my 7 yr old female company. She had always been the alpha dog in the relationship. I found a 10 month old male that I just adore. They get along fine, she "let's" him play with her and she absolutely lets him know when she does not want to be messed with. They are both fixed and it has never been an issue. I'd go with a male, I haven't regretted it. Mine are Isabel and Moses. |

| My Baby dogs If this doesn't work, forgive me. I am trying to post pictures for the first time. I chose Harley, the guy we lost this winter, Moses with his lost leg, and Isabel, the Queen of them all. If it doesn't work, I give up. |

| thanks for the replies, those are cutie pies pics they worked. I hoping for a few responses on a few maybe for the weekend im going to drive 300 miles to look around in the bigger city of Seattle. I have a few people sending me pic of mom and dads and its just hard to find the one you want. Its to much money to take chances. Plus I am looking for aka no Puppy Mills so I want to be able to go to the houses to know where they are coming from and see if they are healthy. I have thought of having the shipped but I cant seem to do it. I have looked here in my own town (spokane) and no luck yet. I am looking for the baby doll face sorry if this offends anyone but not a tea cup just pretty. But it seems like they are the girls usualy. But anyways any girl with girls to give me any advise? I have my eye on a male waiting for pic of mom and dad. |

| I would probably go with a boy too in your situation but if you want a cuddler, you really need to pick out your baby based on personality so I think you should definately go and visit and ask the breeder as well. They should be able to guide you. |

| I would suggest a boy. Boy/girl pairings seem to do well. Also since you are wanting one that cuddles, a boy would be your best bet. Girls tend to be more independent while boys are cuddly momma boys, lol.
