| Aw, thanks so much for all your comments. We've spent all weekend with her, lots of cuddling and playing. Today I had to leave for work and she just cried and cried. It seems she cries everytime I leave her, even if I just leave the room. It was so hard leaving this morning, I could still hear her down the hallway. I wrote a little note and slid it under my neighbour's door with my number on it, asking her to phone me if Teeko was crying too much (I don't want my neighbour to start getting cheesed off or to complain about the noise) No word yet so I figure she must have piped down and went to sleep.... either that or my neighbour is being very tolerant. Either way, my Mother is going to pick her up and take her down to her house at 1pm so should be ok. She'll be looking after her until I get home from work so at least I know she won't be on her own all day. She has lots of toys to keep her occupied but doesn't seem to be too interested - just wants ME all the time? When I'm not there she won't eat or anything Was everyone's puppy like this at first. I'm finding it difficult to find the right balance in terms of how much attention I'm giving her. Thanks guys, J xxx |
