I had a tough time getting Lexie to eat when I first brought her home, I used the baby food chicken/broth and that got her going. I think the kibble was a little big for her tiny mouth.
I am giving her wellness chicken right now and she is eating well. I have read of people wetting the food to make it soft for them to eat. Or mixing it with a little canned formula.
I hope she gets to feeling better and starts eating more for you. I also hope things are better for you and your children, it is so heart breaking to face their choices sometimes.

Great to hear she is doing better. When l brought Rockie home he only needed the nutrical once. Our breeder did say to give only when he was not eating. He needed to adjust to his new environment. I'm really glad she's ok.
