| Curious Parti-yorkies... How are these created? I know they are different due to the white in the coat but I have noticed there is much talk of these little guys and I am curious to know more about them. Does anyone know details on parti-yorkies they are willing to share? I have been looking at them and they look very cute Info would be appreciated as I am considering adding one to our family (in the future).

Donating YT 10K Club Member | A parti yorkie's coloring is the result of a recessive pie bald gene. It is possible for two standard colored parents to carry the gene and isn't apparent until those two dogs produce a parti colored puppy. If someone breeds a parti to a parti...the resulting litter will be all partis. The dogs don't have any other gene to offer...if a dog is a carrier and breed to a parti..it is possible for the resulting litter to contain both standard and parti colored puppies. Pinehaven is a parti breeder here. Send her a pm...I'm sure she'd love to talk "parti".

| In my country, no one wants these ''party yorkies'' as it is called. A Yorkie ''should'' not be so much white, white Yorkies are not aloud in showing here. Im a bit curious, can you show so called Party Yorkie in UK/USA or other countrys? Im nothing against party yorkies, but im agains breeding them. A Yorkie should be Silverblue and rich gold tan, not black white and tan or something
