Donating YT 500 Club Member | ![]() LOL I remember being so glad to have some name to put to the behavior... It's on Yorkietalk that I heard the word "zoomies" but it totally fits the bionic run back and forth...LOL We never fail to laugh out loud all the while knowing that if we laugh too loud, she stops. She really doesn't like it if we laugh "at" her ... She'll get this indignant look which makes us laugh even harder. The "zoomies" are one of my most favorite things about Taffy and Yorkies in general. |

| ![]() Cooper is only 9 weeks and doesn't do the full out zoomies, but he tries. lol We used to have a mini Dachshund that did the zoomies too. Any other breeds of dogs do them?

| ![]() When I took dog training classes, I was told that this is normal for all dog type to do this run before bedtime. She called it "the 10 o'clock____". I forgot the last word. I don't recall if it is something puppies do or if it is all ages. |

| ![]() Oh yes Dustie does it too...Funny thing is at first he kept falling into all the furniture and nearly knocking himself out on table legs etc. but now he whizzes around the rooms like hes gone mad...!!! He will run and hide..I call him and he is off again...If I pretend to chase him it makes him worse....He doesn't get the freedom of all the house all day..so when he does he sees it as time to scoot everywhere,,,nd boy can they move.!! Chrisann..
