| I have a couple questions about our new baby Bentley. Is it normal for them to still walk a little wobbly at 12 weeks? Also, he acts so scared of me when I go to pick him up, but loves to sleep on me and cuddle once I get him. He will get real close to the ground and try to get away or freeze. He only does this at home though. We were gone all day yesterday and he didn't do that. The way he acts, it looks like I beat him or something! I don't want my baby to be scared of me!!!

| Mya was the exact say way as a puppy...she was very skiddish and submissive....it has actually made her into a great dog because she listens well and always comes and is very submissive toward other bigger dogs as to not instigate them...she knows her place

I'm sure the more you handle him the less fearful he'll get, if he's actually fearful. Little puppies aren't used to being so far off the ground sometimes. | |

| I say you are VERY lucky actually ![]() I have 3 yorkies... They are known for their strong will and independence! My oldest Basil, was just like that as a baby! I always worried about her! She is STILL like that and people say "Has she been beat"? Of course NOTTTTTT, that just makes me go into a long explaination as I don't want anyone to think I have EVER beat a dog LOL... It is just her personality... NOW for Teddy and Bella, they don't listen to anything LOL they truly have the yorkie attitude. If I say "No" or "stay" Basil will not move a muscle. Example) we were at the beach house and I always for years have let her go in and out of the house with me so she assumed she could but it was very dark and being right there at the beach on the July 4th weekend I was scared someone with a dog would come by or something so she was like on the 3rd step and I said "stay" and she stayed in her crazy position until I got another load from the car LOL Now or the other 2, they don't even come when I call.... SO they have brains of their own, for sure. I would give anything to have another Basil! Everyone that meets her wants to take her home with them.

| Thanks for the advice about the nutrical. Amanda sent some home with him and I have given him some a couple times. I just don't want to OD him on it!
