| Stepping outside! My two pups are now 9 weeks and will be having their final jabs next week. I have been moving their training pad nearer the door and Alfie is quite happy to use the pad right by the door, he will even stand and look and sniff outdoors when the door is open. Bayley is much more timid and will not venture into the utility (which is off the kitchen) and so I have kept a pad in the kitchen for her. If I carry her into the utility she scampers back into the kitchen. As Alfie seems more confident I tried to take him for a walk around the garden (in my arms of course!) but he seems very scared and scrambled to get back in. Should I keep trying to entice them both to the outdoors or just let them sniff the air and hope that they will voluntarily venture out when they are able to? |
