| Advice please! So I work with a very small company. I am at the office pretty much by myself during the week, my boss comes and goes. He said that I can bring peanut whenever I want that he doesnt mind...I started to bring pnut and he does really well..I bought him another bed and he just lays in his bed most of the day and he will look out of the window. He does really good on his peepad too! (thank the lord) Well I have been bringing him a lot,and this morning dh said that I shouldnt take pnut everyday to work...I told him that I recently talked to my boss and re-asked him if it was ok, and if it bothered him at all that peanut came with me. My boss said no not at all, that it doesnt bother him and I can bring him whenever I want. I told him to let me know when it starts to bug you, he said ok. Well I left little booger at home this morning and I miss him!! I keep looking in his bed thinking that he is in there and he is not What do you guys think? Should I leave him at home a couple times a week? Or do you think my Boss will tell me when he starts to bug him? ( I dont know how my little pnut can bug someone!!) But I do get all my work done too its not like I am just playing with peanut and not getting anything done, he just sleeps in his bed and when I file he will follow me and lay down where I am =) I don't know maybe I am over thinking this!! DH always gets this crazy ideas in my head!! Let me know what you guys think!!

| If your boss doesn't mind, I'd just keep bringing him. How was it leaving him home today? Was he upset you were leaving him? I'm sure your boss would of been truthful with you and told you not to bring him daily. By the way, you are so very lucky to be able to bring your baby to work with you! My sisters also work for a small company and they bring their babies to work too!

Thats what I think too!! I sat down and asked my boss...and I told him that he can tell me if its a problem or when it starts to be a problem...So I dont really have any doubts about it..I know he would tell me otherwise...DH is just crazy haha then he makes me crazy!! It was HORRIBLE leaving him today I am so sad, Peanut was in his bed in the living room and as soon as he saw me grab my keys and purse he ran to the door!!! Aww I felt so bad leaving him there!! He looked at me like "UH mom im down here, pick me up lets go!' I am going to go home on my lunch and take him back with me I feel so lucky that I am able to bring him!! It makes me happy!!

You know bringing peanut is also like a stress realiver too!! One day I was really stressed, having a bad day I had to input all these numbers in the comp, and peanut knew it and came to lay on my lap!! I wish everyone could be lucky...I think it would change the "office work world" into a calmer non-stressed mood!!

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | You are so lucky to be able to take him with you. Without a doubt if that was me I would never leave him at home. Hes only doing what he would be doing at home right, so Id let him do it with you at work instead.

| I'd bring mine if they let me! I think it's great that you can bring him with you. As long as you get your work done & it's OK with your boss, you might as well! Peanut is probably just going to be sleeping at home anyway right? Might as well have him by you!!

| Bring Peanut He's not a problem, your boss gave the ok , Peanut is a good boy and is right next to you whereever you are at work, and isn't that just so nice ? Reminds me of home. Suzi is never far away from me either. She is a good girl too .. I get up , she comes with me as well. Now I have a puppy on my heels as well I love it!

Peanut is very good at work...we have really low windows and I bought him a new "work bed" that I leave here and I set it next to the window and he just hangs out in his bed and sleeps and looks out of the window, then when I get up he follows me and when I go back to my desk he will go back in his bed or he will want to lay in my lap

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I think it would be great to take your dog to work! What I wonder though, is would that end up developing into separation anxiety should you not be able to take her on certain days for whatever reason? We take Roxy everywhere that we can, but I have wondered if we take her too often, will she become so dependant on going and can't stand being left alone if we can't take her all the time?
