| Cosequin?? Does anyone use Cosequin for preventative measures??? And if so...how much do you give?? Pasquale is so active and insists on jumping on and off everything....i'm just scared that he'll do damage to his joints soon.

| Hmmmm, if he's not having any problems--I don't know. I do know that it is a very good supplement--we used it at the last vet clinic I worked at, and it worked very well. I would talk to the vet to see if he/she reccomends it, one of more yorkies is the same way--always up/down--no fear, can leap up onto our king size bed. Let us know what they say. |

| My girl takes it. She had knee surgery 2 years ago and her leg still seems to bother her at times. We (and the vet) have not been sure if it is arthritis or if she just babies it at times. We give her one capsule every second day. We open the capsule and sprinkle it on, after reading on here that the capsule could have not so healthy ingredients for our little ones. For the first month of treatment she received it everyday. It did seem to upset her tummy a bit, but no problems since we have gone to every second day. |
