Hi i am currently dog sitting and i must admit i never really liked yorkies too much my mam had one for 14 yrs till it sadly died they got bobby but sadly my mam died oct last yr. i have only had him since thurs and he has stolen my heart!!!! my only problem is him attacking people !!! i have posted about this so hello from me and bobby

All of these wonderful post getting me even more excited about the sweet furbaby that is somewhere out there just ploting on how it's going to steal me heart and have me fall madly in love! My fingers are crossed that my search will be smooth.

So far from the YTCA I have called & e-mailed Thimbletip in Alexandria, VA unable to leave a v-mail & am still waiting for an e-mail reply. Called Thluka in Stafford, VA no puppies at this time :-(.

So now I'm going to try breeders close to me in MD. Wish me luck!

Good luck on your search Once you find the perfect baby, for goodness sake, don't fursit for a yorkie!!! You'll realize how great it is to have another and then you'll be looking again-LOL!!! I have 2 and am watching a friends yorkie for a week. I didn't realize how fun a third one would be, I WANT ANOTHER ONE

I have also been looking for a new Yorkie puppy for months!!! After countless hours, searching countless websites, I found a breeder. She has several puppies available right now, and I just adopted 'Penny' from her. I think it's so important to support a good, responsible breeder. I can't wait to meet Penny, and it was so hard to decide, since all of her puppies are soooooo beautiful (I wish I could adopt them all!). She sent me pictures of the mother, and the father, and they are both beautiful Yorkies. Check out her blog... Terry Town Family Pets

I am still looking myself. I have found a few people that are BYB and one local breeder. I really want a little boy furbutt. I have started my own yorkie fund. That way I don't have to worry about taking money out of the family budget. I have even found a baby book for a new puppy! Its just like a baby book. There are pages for statistics and pictures and even pages of first.. I am so excited.

Hi Jen,
You will be so in love with your new puppy. I have had other breeds, but these dogs are the best. My Calleigh is the sweetest dog I have ever had. She's my best friend. We go everywhere together. You'll see what everyone is talking about. I hope you find your perfect little boy soon. Can't wait to see some pictures of him. I think he's spoiled already and you don't have him yet.

I did the same thing before I got Chloe back in Feb. It took a while to find someone that I could "trust"! You will be happy when you finally get her/him!
