| ![]() Two nicks on the back feet would have me looking for a new groomer since they didn't admit it and I see that is what you will be doing. I groomed myself but it's not for everyone so Good Luck with your move and new groomer. ![]()

| ![]() We were at a big chain pet store where they groom animals also. You can watch through a window. We observed a medium sized dog that obviously HATED the grooming and the groomer was a younger gal who was constantly YANKING the holder around his neck down which just made the dog more upset and you could see the young gal was only getting madder at the poor dog. Finally a coworker asked her to leave and hopefully not to come back.

| ![]() I reently returned to a groomer that I had used a few years ago. I was pleased with her grooming. Today I took my 13 month old for his 1st professional grooming and was shocked by the grooming I witnessed. She sprayed water into his face during his bath, turned away while getting a towel, and showed lack of experience while trying to cut his face. The owner came over to distract him with a toy which did work but she still was careless while using scissors. I also saw a Bichon fall off the table by another groomer who caught him before he hit the ground. I was in shock. I will now resume doing it by myself. I understand so well your frustration! |
