| For those with "larger" Yorkies I hope someone can offer some advice about a bag to carry Lucy around in. I guess she's a big gir (she looks tiny to me). She weighs about 5.5 lbs and is rougly 16-17 inches from nose to tail and 10 inches tall at the shoulder. Anyway, I'm having a terrible time finding a bag for her. I've thought about a Celltei but I don't want to spend that much until I know how big she's going to be. She's 19 weeks old but hasn't gotten much taller or longer since I brought her home at 9 weeks only heavier. I know because her clothes still fit. Does anyone have a bag they could suggest, I don't want one that looks like a dog carrier but more like a purse. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks. Sunny |

I don't think she's big but all the carrier manufacturers must. Because the bag's just don't sound big enough. | |

| Mimi Carrier Brooke who owns the imapreciouspup.com, helped me pick a carrier and I love it. My Winston is about 6.2 lbs and probably about 15 inches from head to tail. I got the red Mimi Carrier and tested it out last weekend. We took Winston on a 8 hour shopping trip in Charlotte. He did great. We went to a restaurant, the mall and shopping centers. Brooke also give the YT members 15% off too. Call or email her. She is great! |

| My yorkie is a big yorkie. He's about 8 lbs, not done growing yet and I'd say just has tall and long as yours. Yours must be really skinny that seems aweful tall and long for no more than she ways. I found this websight that has some nice purse carriers for a good price. Logan fit in the med. (16" x 10.5" x 7"), but just barely so I'm gonna order him the larger size now so he has more headroom (he fit pretty good except it was a little short for him). http://www.doubledbrands.com/mepetca.html

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Eddie is about 7 1/2 pounds at 17 months, and my wife found a carrier where his legs and arms stick out. I don't think he likes it much because she doesn't use it very often, but he fits. If interested, I'll try to post a picture.
