| ![]() My vet told me as well to make sure that they have some protection on in the winter. I can see a difference from summer to winter. Right now I can see that the get hot quickly as they are closer to the asphalt than we are so it is hotter for them. In the winter they definitely shake and shiver from the cold.

| ![]() I had to keep Missy dressed 100% of the time this last Winter/Spring, otherwise I'd find her huddled over the heat vent shivering. When I take her outdoors, I even have to put shoes on her. It's hard to keep her warm in the winter months. Now that it's a scorchin' hot summer, I don't dress her at all. I have noticed that I need to use sunscreen where her hair parts though, otherwise she gets sunburnt.

| ![]() Both Paddy and Alfie never shed hair, perhaps I am lucky. If I put Alfie in the garden for a pee and it is raining he wont go out of the door without his raincoat on. He is a brilliant little fella, he never messes in the house, he will hop skip and jump at the door busting to go. |
