~~~SEX... Question??~~~

Ok, now that I have your attention.( lets see how many hits this thread gets!) lol

Well, Bailey and I were outside with my neighbor and her Boston terrier, Angel, and they are greeting each other and playing, then 2 other neighbor dogs visit, ( 2 Yorkies) and we are all talking, Next thing ya know, Bailey maneuvers himself behind Angel ,, MOUNTS her and takes his little front legs
and grabs on to her, to pull her back to him!
We all go " OH , OH, OH " and seperate them.
My question is,,, Does a fixed male still have the urge to,,,, well YOU KNOW?? He is neutered and she is spayed, so nothing would happen, but could it? Would he really have done it?? They see each other everyday, and he has never done that before, was it all the dogs, and he got OVERWHELMED??
I did notice,,, there was NO lipstick showing (LOL) before, during, or after.
Any insight for me??

But actually my parents boy dog is fixed and it still likes to hump everything!

Interesting! Simon is neutered and he will go thorugh spells where he mounts Hallie. It usually lasts about a week but I don't know why! She is spayed so ?????/ Sorry I can't be more help, but at least you know it isn't just your baby

Maybe with all the other dogs around he just felt the need to dominate? I bet thats why he did it!

Thats an idea, I didn't think of that, they were all females, except one of the Yorkies is a male,and he is MEAN,( I'm not even kidding) he is the only dog that Bailey is submissive around, so maybe, he just had to dominate on Angel,, since Binx was there,and he couldn't anywhere else. Hmmmm,, could be. Thanks.

Before Max was neutered he would try to mount Missy and it was the real deal. Now that he is neutered, they both seem to do the motion in playing but its only playing and if I leave them be they end up falling and rolling around into a big wrestling match. From what I've experience with my two, once he is snipped his testosterone is gone and he cant perform nor does he have the urge to.. lol

Yes my aunt has a poodle that is neutered and my mom has a yorkepoo who at the time was in heat and he was able to still lock up with her. I saw it with my own 2 eyes or I would have never believed it.

YEP! It is what you think it is. We used to have an entire thread on this subject, it was thee funniest one EVER,,, everyone had their little names for it,,, RED ROCKET, LIPSTICK, ETC, ... It was hularious!

OH BOY!! My BF's cocker is in heat right now,, and Bailey shows NO interest at all, in her,, that is what confuses me,,, Yet, ANgel who is fixed,,,he tries to mount her??!!
