She looks cute either way. I cut Cali's topknot off last year because when I got Roxie she would just pull out whatever I put in Cali's hair as soon as I put it in. It was not as messy looking but I did grow it back. It grows back pretty quick if you change your mind.

How could we not love our babies, no matter how bad we mess up their hair cuts by tryin to groom them ourselves.....I made my first major attempt two weeks ago but didn't want to touch her head as she has such a long top knot and the hair is flowing down the sides of her mouth....well now she looks like she has an extra large head and chicken legs with a short body cut.......she is still my baby and loveable with long or short hair....I just wanted her to be a bit cooler for the summer......I wish my camera wasn't broken...everyone would definately get a laugh at what I did to her....

Yes the pony is very girly and we all love it...
The trimmed is very puppy like and i am sure you will get many compliments....

She is adorable !!! I love her colors... and her ears down complete the puppy face...

I recently cut of Lola's top knot for the very same reason. She LOVES it! I've received many comments on how cute it is. Mostly that it gave her the puppy face back. I think it's adorable!

Laci has the exact same hair and it is sooo hard to keep up.. I had her shaved the other day and I love it... its so much easier on both of us.. but I will tell you it was a shock to see her the first time

She used to look like a big fluffy mop.. NOT ANY MORE!! I saw Nancy1999 get her dogs hair cut like this and thought it was perfect..

You all are way too sweet! And who knows...she probably WAS pissed off in the first picture! Since it's been a couple days now, it's not such a shock when she walks into the room but I may have to bring her in to the groomers as I have found quite a few 'uneven hairs'

. Apparently giving dogs a haircut is an art I haven't mastered yet. I'm surprised that my husband and kids even let me come close to them for their haircuts!

My only beef now with her look is that she doesn't look really Yorkie-ish anymore. She kinda looks like part s**t-tsu or something (not that that's bad)---especially with her ears down with all that hair. But you all are right, SHE STILL IS CUTE NO MATTER WHAT, RIGHT?!
