Yorkie Yakker | Attention seeker! Has anyone else noticed this? Whenever I go out anywhere with Bella I am constantly getting stopped by people asking how old she is, what breed etc. They absolutely love her. She is a child magnet!! I think it is because Yorkies are so scarce on the South Island (NZ) but it still amazes me. Taking her to a dog park yesterday was a mission........... I got asked the same question 5 times. I guess its the price you pay for having a Yorkie - cos they are so gorgeous!!

| I actually had him flown up from Rangiora, when we collected him from airport he was right at the back of his carry crate and so little and it was a hot Febuary day I'm not sure who was more stressed him or me but lucky hubby took time of work to drive me over to airport so I could cuddle him all the way home, he's the best I just love him to bits

Yorkie Yakker | I got my baby from Wellington. I had been looking for a Yorkie for ages and couldnt find any breeders. I saw her on trade me on the fri, phoned the breeder to see what she was like, she seemed lovely on the phone and then drove up to wellington fri night, ferried over on the 6.10 picked her up and ferried back and arrived in chch @ 10 sat night. We were shattered, 24hrs without sleep but she was so worth it, I had cuddles pretty much all the way back and shes so gorgeous. Just wish there was some decent pet stores around so I can get bows and stuff!! I still cant get over how intelligent they are!!

| They are really clever and I think George has ESP as well, what weight is Bella I weighed George yesterday and he is 2.1 kilos, such a little boy with a big attitude, we went for a walk yesterday and we meet a big husky type dog that has moved in down the road, now they are gate friends (licks through the wire) every one asks what he is and how big will he get, I have meet a lot of people through George.

Yorkie Yakker | Bella loves her heat pad too. We have put it in her crate so she doesnt get cold at night but she still sneaks in with us at about 1 in the morning! lol. Have you seen any other Yorkie owners out and about?

| There is 1 in my town Masterton but it's an older yorkie and not very socialised or friendly, wish we had lots so we could have play dates like everyone in the states where they all get together, we do have playdates with my daughters dogs and they get on brilliantly.
