| ![]() I have 3 furbabies. Daisy is only 2lbs. I took them last week to get a summer cut. Since then, I have noticed Daisy shakes alot. I assume she is cold because she has never done that before. The other two don't seem to be cold ,but they are 5lbs. She won't wear any doggie clothes. I try and keep her snuggled with me. Does she shake because she doesn't have as much fat on her than the others?

| ![]() She could be cold...but there are other reasons why she might be shaking. One of the signs of low blood sugar is shaking. Are you supplementing her w/Nutri-Cal or Karo syrup? Have you checked her gums? It should be pink in color. The tiny ones need that extra loving care. Hope someone w/more experience answers.

| ![]() Does low blood sugar only happen when they are hungry? I hope this isn't a dumb question ,but can her sugar drop if she is cold also? I got her when she was 7wks. old and she is now 6mths. old and she has never had her blood sugar before. She has a good appetite. Thank goodness. She started shaking some after she got her summer cut.
