| Tucker's Surgery Hello Everyone, It's been two and a half weeks since Tucker's surgery. He's doing great. We're still in tennessee. That's .why I've been offline. I was having so much trouble with the internet service I ws using I switched to Charter for the time being. I'll go back to my old address in Al in a few weeks. We will be here until Tucker is realeased form Ut Vet Hospital. We are very pleased with his progress. They did a great job. He has so much more strength in his front as well as his back legs. For thoise of you who are unfamiliar with Tucker's case,he was born with Atlantoaxial Instability. He's seven months old. He was never paralysed, but we were noticing some clumsiness, and instability. A neurosurgeon diagnosed him. His only problem now ( mine too) is that he can't get out of that crate, and run around. He's soooooo over it. I am too. He whines constantly, and squirms when I hold him. However, what we went through, and are going through now is more than worth it. I'm so excited, and looking forward to having a healthy puppy. I feel very blessed by God and by all of you who prayed for him Tucker's Mom |
