One great idea I have learned over 8 years of Yorkie cuts- If I ever go to a new groomer- I have drawn a picture of a yorkie on a 3x5 card and I mark in red only what they are allowed to cut, then there is no confusion and they better not touch anything else. They keep the card on file and I find this works where nothing else ever did ( even threats!)
This had worked now for 7 years!
Sashas' Mom | This is great advise and I also have brought in pictures from Yorkie calendars, magazines, etc when starting with a new groomer. I also make sure I speak with the groomer who'll be working on my girls, too.
I do drop my girls off with their groomer and so far...nobody's come home missing anything!
Your frustration is absolutely understandable but, I have to totally agree with the majority here...your lil' darling is a :aimeeyorkcutie-patootie with or without a top knot! :D |
