| Yorkie First Aid Kit For The Home Being relatively new on this site and reading tons of threads, I see a lot of great advice regarding caring for our Yorkie's in emergencies. Would someone be interested in compiling a short list for a Yorkie First Aid Kit for the home? Or perhaps one already exists? For example, I've read Hydrogen Peroxide to induce vomiting, Baby Benedryl for bee stings/shot reactions, pumpkin for constipation/loose bowels, etc. I know I'd be interested in gathering the proper items to have on hand at my home as my 24 hour Vet is about a 20 min. drive from me. Of course I realize that this is not to REPLACE a call/visit to the Vet, but to have in the event one needs to react quickly on direction from my Vet. Also, if someone knows how to perform CPR on a Yorkie, that'd be great to keep in the kit also! |

♥Tiny Tia my Furbaby♥ Donating Member | There is a sticky about CPR on our babies, always wise to read. I always carry a bandage in Tias carry bag just in case she cuts her feet or anything when we go for a long walk but as for indoors I only have the basics such as flea treatments, worms and ear/ eye cleaning wipes.
