| Puppy Name POLL .. Please be honest.. I have thick skin as long as not being mean to me LOL My dh (Charlie) and my 6 year old son Ben named our new puppy MACHO He is solid jet black.. Maltipoo mom (white fluff ball) Yorkie dad. He charts to be 5 1/2 lbs full grown but I don't believe it one bit LOL. He is such a porker LOL I can't imagine him being that small plus singletons can end up bigger. My grown daughter when told about the name was like "yuck, that's an awful name!" It wasn't my first choice .. but .. eh, Charlie is stuck on Macho. I think its Cute .. but My other animals are all named human names. Lola, Opie (Corona dog pound rescue), Crystal (persian cat Moreno Valley spca adoption) and Molly (tortie cat, Moreno Valley spca adoption). Macho will be the only non human name. Crystal already had her name when I adopted her and I kept it since to is used to it. Altogether it would be Lola, Opie, Crystal, Molly and Macho |

| I like the name Macho! I think it's super cute. I'd love to see pictures of the little boy! I think giving it some time will make your pup sound, act and look like a Macho. To put things in perspective: I had always kept the name Scoot in reserve if I ever got a boy dog. I thought it just sounded adorable, but then a friend told me it sounded like a dog who scoots his butt along the carpet because of poo stuck to his butt. Needless to say the name Scoot lost its attraction. So at least you don't have that problem! |

| Actually.... I like it! It's really unique - I've never heard a dog named Macho before. I think it's adorable and you will get a lot of reactions out of people like awww!

| I like people names too but Macho is so cute for a little dog! You could give him a middle name that is a people name.... like Macho Murphy, or Macho McAllister, Macho Mario, Macho Max, Macho Monty .....or forget the whole alliteration concept and go with something like Macho Charben (Charlie & Ben combined) or none of the above.....

I def like the idea of Macho as a first name and a human name for a middle name. | |
