My thread was not against the site it was my feelings how some of us breeders feel and I thought our feelings could be expressed not surpressed. That is the point I was making. There are plenty great things about this site which I absolutely LOVE, do we all have to agree with everything? Again, my point was proven :)
I'm glad you are learning as I hope many others do :)

Brooklynn's Yorkshire Terriers | admin. just posted a post on that thread when they closed it. i don't remember the exact reason they said for closing it. i was just saying that from my perspective, if i were admin. running this site, i wouldn't be too happy about the title of the post. that's all.
i am sure it sucks to have a thread closed. it would probably hurt my feelings too if my thread got closed against my wishes. but like i mentioned to you before. you should always be prepared for that to happen. because every forum have their own sets of rules.
if you are not happy, you can always start your own forum where NO THREADS are ever closed. but can you even imagine that? a forum with no rules and no threads are ever closed!?
it's a lot of work to maintain a site like this i can only imagine. i would not want to have that kind of responsibility, and i am happy that i can just make threads and posts without having to deal with the rules and all that stuff.
wouldn't your feelings be hurt if you DO run a forum and did all the work involved. and people accuse you of stifling them? and made a thread about it? |
