I could be wrong, but from what I understand Odoban is more of a disinfectant and cleaner. Many breeders use it for their kennel areas. The manufacture says:

Most odor elimination methods work by "neutralizing the odor. However for porous surfaces, it's best to use something with enzymes. Nature's Miracle works through enzyme action and those enzymes, which are really good bacteria, "eat" the protein found in urine. Once the protein is gone, there is no smell. You really don't need a disinfectant to clean urine spots; urine is relatively sterile, and has no bacteria. Poop's another matter. I've tried them all, (we get lots of puppies visiting) even the special Oxy solution by Simple Solution and, and Natures Miracle is the only one that doesn't leave a line of demarcation.

Have you ever read the ingrediants in Nature's miracle? It's water, nature's enzymes, isopropyl, alcohol, natural citrus scent. What exactly is nature's enzymes?!?!? Cause I'm thinking...some water, a lemon, and vodka may do the same. LOL

As far as I know enzymes are bacteria, but people get upset when they hear the word bacteria. Not all bacteria are bad, and some are really good. Enzymes are living things that can eat, and the "natures enzymes" are a form of bacteria that eat protein. Remember the oil spills, weren't enzymes or bacteria used that ate oil? The only bad thing is that the enzymes take time, and you must follow directions, or you kill the bateria, and the protein stays in the carpet.
