| Will it ever become longer... Miss Malli will be 1 on June 8 (OMG can't believe it's almost here!!!) anyway back to the point at hand...when did everyone's furbutt's hair start really growing or how did you get it to grow longer...I have actually thought about shaving her short for the summer to see if that helps especially since she spends so much time in my mom's pool with Laci (my skin kid) any suggestions, comments??? Thanks in advance!

| I've always kept Jackson short so no idea with the long hair BUT I've heard/seen from a lot of people on here that said they did exactly that - shaved down and got rid of the puppy hair and then it grew back in really nicely!

| If you plan on growing out, you will have to cut off the black puppy hair, otherwise you'll have stripe-ys! You'll also notice the whiskers will eventually change from black to gold as well! Uni is 2 years old and i am starting to cut off most of her black whiskers. It'll be a shock when you cut off the black, just a warning! : )

| I have only had Bellas hair trimmed and it was just a little and her hair is long. I am not going to let it get to long. The length it is now is about the length I want it. I do not have time to keep up on grooming with it any longer. I was thinking I was going to cut it short, but cant make myself do it. Her hair is so pretty. She does have a silver streak down the center of her back and then black ends. Shes 6 months old, but she started changing her colors at 8 weeks. |
