Floppy Yorkie?? lol

When my baby Tyler lies down I can lift him up like a minute later and he's soooo floppy. It makes me scared for a second!! Anyone other babies do this?

When mine are sleepy they are like that. I pick them up and they just are limp and my little one will just flop over on me and go right back to sleep. I just love them so much when they are eyes-closed-sleepy and lovey and limp. lol

Owen is the same way. If he is like this when he is not sleepy, it is a sign of submission. I love floppyness

I know what you mean about being scared. One morning, I went to the play yard in what was our breakfast nook, where I keep my puppies overnight. All but one came and greeted me with a lot of animation and noise. I rushed to the one not moving, picked him up and he just stayed limp. I thought, oh no! Then he slowly turned his head and looked at me as if to say, "Do I really have to get up this early?" Since then I have noticed this one really gets "floppy" when he is tired and ready for sleep. I think it is a sign of complete trust for them to be that relaxed. He is not hypoglycemic or anything as I have made sure to test that I can get him animated. He just really is a laid back pup!
