One morning, I went to the play yard in what was our breakfast nook, where I keep my puppies overnight. All but one came and greeted me with a lot of animation and noise. I rushed to the one not moving, picked him up and he just stayed limp. I thought, oh no! Then he slowly turned his head and looked at me as if to say, "Do I really have to get up this early?" Since then I have noticed this one really gets "floppy" when he is tired and ready for sleep. I think it is a sign of complete trust for them to be that relaxed. He is not hypoglycemic or anything as I have made sure to test that I can get him animated. He just really is a laid back pup! :) |
