| Someone please help!!! I was following the advice of a couple of people here on YT about how to get the ears to stand up. They said to use the eyelash glue with the manilla folder on the inside or outside of the ear. Now problem is How do you get it off????? I have tried and it is STUCK!!!! What can I do??? They said it comes off easy, but NOT ON HER!!! Maybe I am not leaving it on there long enough. It has been on there since Monday.

| Oh gosh, that sounds bad. Try Shout (the laundry stuff) or Skin So Soft from Avon.

| I tried that and my other dogs just pulled them off. I would try dampening it. I never even felt the glue on their ears.

| I hope the glue was water solvent..if it was water proof you will have some trouble..when I glue I use fabric glue that can be washed out once water is applied...

| Eeks! Hope you get it off soon, please let us know how you did it if you were able to do so. We just used masking tape with a cardboard center piece when we were taping Yoda's ears. |

| baby oil? What about soaking her ear with baby oil? That might break the eyelash glue down enough to where you can remove it. |

| The one I got the idea from was azkaty and also Rizzi had mentioned it in a post, I am not sure how to post the thread as an attatchment, but you can find them by searching for eyelash glue. I pm'd azkaty and she told me to try goof off or nail polish remover. I used my last bit of goof off that I had the other day to get candle wax off my endtable that I bumped and turned over. So I am going to the store today and will get some more. Thanks for everyone's help. I will keep you posted.

| Try vinegar and water....it brings wallpaper paste off. Use 25% vinegar 75% water. Someone shout if you think this will irritate the dogs skin or cause any other kinda damage.

| Oh my! I've never heard of using any type of glue to help ears go up. I'd try the baby oil or something without chemicals or just try to wait it out longer. Sure hope that comes off without hurting her. I wouldn't use goof-off.....that stuff is STRONG! There are tons of warnings on the container and I definetly wouldn't apply it to skin (warning on container). You must keep in mind that you are putting the vapors of it right next to her eyes and nose also. |
