| Who has hunters??? I have a male(Wyatt) & female(Mollie) and Mollie loves to hunt. We have an acre lot and our entire back yard is fenced in. We also have a dog door which I will never be without again. So they come and go as they please. Mollie hunts all the time. We have a yard full of trees so, we have squirrels that are not afraid of the dogs. She chases moles, stays in the monkey grass after lizards. We have mice and rats that come in and out of our yard that drive her nuts. But by far the strangest thing that I have seen her after was just this past week I heard her barking and she got Wyatt after it as well which is unusual he could care less. Anyway, when I went out to investigate I was shocked at what they were barking at. It was a turtle. She was even nipping at my heels the home time because, I brought it in through the house and put it in the front yard. I was just curious if a lot of you (especially those of us that have females who are better hunters) have hunters on your hands.

| My female is the only one that has ever caught or killed another animal. It was a baby bird. She is the most passive yorkie too. She seems like she wouldnt hurt a fly. She likes to bark at the squirrels.

| My Becca was a hunter of squirrels (most of which were bigger than she was), birds, mice, cats, you name it. Her biggest wish was to be able to climb trees so she could go after those pesky squirrels! Bless her little heart, she loved to bring her catches to me and lay them at me feet, like she was presenting a gift. She's sit there by her 'treasure' with her little tongue hanging out, smiling like she new she'd just made a grand offering. I hated to scold her, so I'd pat her head and tell her what a good girl she was. Then I'd somehow scoop up her 'present' and dispose of it before giving her a good, thorough bath! I sure miss my little tom-boy.

| Ellie barks at anything that moves and would love to chase everything but it isn't allowed here. If she wants to be allowed on my furniture and if she wants to lick my face, she isn't allowed anywhere near rodents, lizards or birds.
