| got up in the middle of the night for potty time and found man on the couch So I woke up last night around 2am and thought I would let the furbutts out to pee. It was pitch dark and I walked into the living room in my t-shirt and panties. I noticed someone on the couch and thought it was my daughter, who had gone out for cinco de mayo (I thought maybe she wasn't feeling well so was just laying on the couch). I called out her name and started to feel her face, I am not sure why I did that but I did, I felt whiskers but my husband was in our bed so I knew it wasn't him. My heart started pounding and I was praying it was my daughters boyfriend. I called out his name and he answered. I told him he scared the sh@! out of me. He said Meg had called for a ride home and told him he could sleep on the couch since he had to drive a long way back home and he had to get up early for clinicals. I told him that I thought she was trying to get him killed because if my DH had found him he would have shot him. I was telling my daughter the story this morning and she just laughed and told me I had "felt up his face".

| HAHAHA I'm sorry - I know that wasn't funny then, but I can imagine it all going down! One time really late at night (like 2 AM), my mom was walking through the hallway in the dark to get a glass of water and my cousin thought everyone was in bed and almost speared (wrestling move) her cause he thought she was an intruder. He almost got her before she screamed for him to stop. lol

| LOL this is hilarious, but scary! I love how you "felt up his face"! When I read that I was like omg... is he going to bite her. I don't know why I thought that... I then realized that he's not a dog, he's a human. I'm really tired right now, lol.

| Yeah, that was a scary story. I am glad that it was your daughter's boyfriend and not an intruder. I know my heart would have been pounding if I were in your situation last night. |

| Ahhhh that happened to me once with a cat!!! I wokeup to take zet for a potty, also way after hours, when i passed the couch i looked up to find a black round figure with eyes staring!!! It looked like someone was lookin at me from behind the couch!!!I threw they door keys and yelled, just to have the bush cat jumping and chasing me around as we were both stuck in the same living area. my fiance came running with our protection stick. What a night! now the cat passes by every now and then for some milk!lol |

| I am not really sure why I felt his face, other than I really did think it was my daughter who wasn't feeling well sleeping on the couch. he was actually lucky I didn't scream because my DH really would have hurt him. DH travels alot and her boyfriend has slept in the spare room at times when he is away and when they have gone out drinking too much. BUT he has never stayed here when DH is home. He doesn't even know it happened. The more I thought about what happened the funnier I think it is, poor guy woke up to me feeling his face.
