| Considering a 2nd Dog - Girlfriend for Oscar What sort of doggie might get along with another Yorkie? My Oscar is a lil less than two years old. I have not ruled out a second yorkie....no big dogs either.... Please let me know if you might have any suggestions for getting a second playmate.... |

| Jackson adores my dad's Jack Russell/Shihtzu mix. 99% of the time they get along very nicely and LOVE to run and play. Jackson also loves my mom's cockapoo, Carmen!

| Im in the same boat as you. Thinking about getting the second. Its hard to think about doing the training all over again but everyone i talk to says it is so rewarding to have the two of them. I have actually had people say the second one is easier than the first! Good luck! Im suppose to be getting my second yorkie in the end of may! |

| Without a doubt we have not looked back once on having two dogs. Rocky is a Yorkipoo and Carlie is a Yorkie. We had Rocky for two years when we got Carlie. We treated Rocky like a prince the first three days. The book said two weeks but after three days Rocky adored her. Carlie has been so good for Rocky, he was getting lazy. Now they are both active together. Carlie was almost instantly house broke and I thank Rocky for that. Good luck!

| We got Buddy when he was 5 months old...and then we got out Maltese Lilu when she was 12 weeks just a few month later. They adore each other. It's great having the 2. Buddy was already pad trained, so that helped a lot in training our Maltese since she would follow him around and do what he was doing. Good luck! |
