Senior Yorkie Talker | Food Suggestions for 8wk old Bella Ok, I'm so excited because I will be picking up my 8wk old Bella on May 17th! I have been trying to read up on how to properly care for this little girl, but I also like to hear actual experiences from real people. I wanted to know what different kinds of food I can try with her, besides what my husband's friend is giving her, just incase she doesn't want to eat. Thanks to everyone who brought the dangers of a pup becoming hypoglycemic. I read up on it and feel I am prepared, well as much as I could be. In advance, thanks for all the advice, I just want to be as prepared as I possibly can be. 17 more days until I bring Bella home!!! |

| Yay can't wait for pictures of your new baby! I had Mimi on Merrick puppy palate when she was a baby now she is 1 years old and she is on Merrick BG and Wellness for small breeds. Best of luck with your new baby!

| What to feed pup Hi , well my experiance with yorkie pups is they are very picky eaters worse than a cat. Their favorite is Eukanuba puppy small breed, since these are very small pieces. I alsobuy bags of frozen chicken breast and cook in the oven 350 , 30 minutes. and crumbel this up on their food. Save the rest for the next couple of days. Need to make sure she is eating. Tiny yorkies can have low blood sugar if not eating. That is why I give them chicken with their food. Best of luck with the new baby. Blondschillin |
