Poor Gucci! Adrianna, you must be worried sick!!

I hope he'll be ok...I've had a big scare w/Momo before, but can't get into that...very long story. I'll tell it later on a new thread, but he threw up alot cuz he had an obstruction. He's like a yorkie roomba! It drives me bonkers!

How frustrating not knowing what's going on to make him so sick. The only other thing I can think of since you said you had been feeding him chicken/rice.....is it at all possible the chicken could have been contaiminated? Maybe the Vet already discussed with you what Gucci had eaten before all this happened. Just a thought?

My guess is also an obstruction in his stomach. I think maybe the 'stuff" he had could do with his sudden illness. Hopefully he gets better soon. =/. Kisses and hugs to gucci

Jenny- I was very very worried. I think he will be ok, he is acting more normal as the day goes on thank goodness! He's eating Cottage Cheese and Rice for the moment. You will have to PM me when you get that story up as I would be interested to hear about it. Thanks for telling Gucci what he "needs" to stop doing the Stinker!!

Rhonda- It was very frustrating, I think mostly because I was worried if it happens again. We hadn't really thought about it being the chicken and rice but anything is possible. I had just bought the chicken, we cooked all of it together and we had ate some from the same batch, so I don't think it's very likely since we hadn't gotten sick but anything is possible.

Yoon714 - Maybe he got whatever was blocking his tummy out before we got the X-rays done?

Charlene1963- That is very neat that your dog has learned to lay on that when he's sick .. so cute!!

Awww, poor baby! I hope he's all better now

My Starr died after surgery to remove an obstruction. It didn't show up in xrays either, because it was wood from a pencil, and a colored pencil at that (no graphite or lead to glow in the xray), so it could have been that. He probably passed it, since he's pooping and all

Feel better, Gucci!!!!!

Please be careful what you clean with. Some floor cleaners have anitfreeze in them. Also, could your baby have gotten a hold of a toad? They can make a dog terribly sick.
