Oh my gosh!!! Look at this site and what this breeder says about Yorkies....it's at the top of the page, the second paragraph. Small Non Shedding Dog Breeds Has anyone ever heard of a type of dog called a buttercup? |

I've never heard of a buttercup but I have heard of a peanutbutter cup ~ yummy! It sounds like to me that this person is just trying to create her own names for her breeding creations. |

Good Grief - what are Buttercups and English Munchkins? Hummmm reading on that site just makes me want to throw up. :( I have an idea, why don't a couple hundred of us call her and ask about yorkies and give and then "decide" that we don't want one after all. :) |

Seems to me this woman is out for money with her "designer" breeds. She talks bad of Yorkies because she knows they are her main competition. People like this make me throw up in my mouth. |

Boy, she really doesn't like Yorkies She seems to like all the other breeds, just not Yorkies. Weird. Anyone ever seen a yappy poodle, maltese or shih tzu!! I think so!!! She says all the other breeds are sweet, affectionate, loving, friendly etc. The Yorkie "Can be loyal". Daisy's feelings are hurt :cry: I wonder if she is trying to create a new breed by calling one of her mixes a buttercup or English munchkin. If she is saying it is a popular new breed might make people more eager to buy one. There are some really cute puppies on the site though. I considered a matlese/poodle, or maltese /yorkie, yorkie/bishon etc because they are so cute--usually. I did not want to get a dog that DIDN'T grow up to look like the dogs on her page. Even rotweilers are little fluff balls when babies. By getting a pure breed I felt like I was more likely to get the looks and temperment I wanted. I wouln't say no if someone wanted to give me one of those buttercups tho ;) Also, a maltese/doxin? Does she mean daschund? |
If you go to the bottom of the second page she defends her right to cross breed these dogs. It's sickening. Obviously she knows nothing about yorkies. Wirey coat my foot. Makes me so mad that anyoine can just get 2 dogs together and name their own breed. Very sick.!! |

I wonder who she has talked too, because everyone I meet who has a yorkie absolutely adores them and says they can't just have one!! hmm I know poodles for sure are yappy, well the ones I've seen are very yappy. |

Notice she doesn't list what her Buttercups and Munchkins are mixed breeds of!!! No wonder she doesn't like AKC, there are actually making her account for her breedings! It boggles the mind! |

Apparently, this woman has never actually talked to anyone who had a Yorkie. If so, then she would say they are wonderful. Most people who have Yorkies just gush over them. My Yorkie is very quiet but does alert me when needed and was easy to potty train. Too bad for her, she doesn't know the joy we have because of our Yorkies. |
This is so wrong on so many different levels! I looked through pretty much the her entire site and not ONCE did I see a picture of any of the parents. She never said what a Buttercup puppy actually was a mix of :confused: She is a holistic breeder and does not believe in vets unless she cannot "cure it myself" :eek: She has the magic cure for tear stains but will only share it with you if you purchase one of her puppies~but the magic cure is not guaranteed to actually work :rolleyes: While you are in Michigan purchasing one of her Buttercup puppies for $1,200 :eek: she also has a 10 acre parcel of land for sale. It is an uninhabitable trailer, some sheds and overgrown perennials on the property and a swimmin pond for the kids. Sounds like such a bargin at $37,000 to live next door to this lovely Puppymill/BYBer. :cool: |
