My dogs sleep on their back too. They look so happy and peaceful. Sometimes they even snore. One dog barks in her sleep and sound like a percolator.

Mr. Gatsby does this on rare occasion. I think he's looking for a tummy rub but is so tired he just falls asleep that way.

Have you ever tried massaging their back legs when they do this? My yorkies always like(d) to straighten their leg out when you do this for some reason.
