| The GREATEST things come in small packages.Your little girl is so beautiful and she is so spoiled and that makes you a very good owner :-) I am fortunate I have NEVER had anyon try to inult my dogs.I have Jasper the youngest who is a Yorkie and then the two Chihuahuas Onyx and Tink.I take them walking and we go to Parks and we do some shopping together, all I get is "AWWW how precious are they."I guess I am lucky but I think the big reason is every where I go most people own small dogs too.I have only came across a few that had big dogs and they are very friendly. |

| Wow this infuriates me!! I would not have held my tongue as well as you did! Some people are so ignorant... Even if they felt that way, I cannot believe they honestly had the gull to say it out loud!

| Missy is adorable! I think the rude comments stem from jealousy in so many cases...not that it matters...if you don't have anything nice to say just don't say anything at all. Is that SOOOOOOO hard? I have two bigger yorkies and still get comments from people with larger dogs, toy breed or not. One guy with a boston terrier (unneutered and trying to hump every dog in sight, of course) kind of sneered at the way Rory and Lane were dressed in pink coats and pink bows at the dog park. He threw the ball for his dog and when Rory out ran his dog for the ball, grabbed the ball, returned it back to me and dropped it at my feet I think he was in shock. So I guess in that instance, Rory did all the talking for me.

| I just feel sorry for that lady. You haven't lived until you've loved a Yorkie. And your baby is totally adorable.

| I agree the women were rude and Missy is very very cute. I also agree that most the time rude comments come out of jealousy. I have gotten some very rude comments about Sophie Kate when I take her in public but in return she has just as many fans. I tend to ignore the rude rudies and let her fan bask in her glory. As for the comment of "getting a real dog", next time someone says that you may want to remind them that Yorkies bark, growl and are fiercely protective - just like a "real dog" and they may want to back off and reconsider their rude comments.

| Missy is adorable and that lady was probably just jealous! Some people just dont understand little dogs and they just act ignorant towards those who love their small dogs. I have a brother-in-law who calls my Skootie a thing or a cat. I just ignore it and tell him he's just jealous that he doesnt have a little dog to love. If the people in your life that matter to you love your little Missy and understand how you feel then thats all that matters!

| Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I have been blessed as nobody has ever made any rude comments to me about our Yorkie. Once this winter I walked her at an event and two men coming our way looked at her and said "big dog" like watch out with smiles on their faces. I could tell they weren't being rude they were joking around. I said yes, she thinks she is so you better watch out. We all laughed and went on our way.

| Karma's a bitch and so was she. When it eventually comes back to bite her may it be directly in the ass as she so richly deserves and may it be her own dog that does it cause I enjoy irony. |

| First of all, your dog is beautiful. It seems like some people feel they have a right to say insulting things to others just because they feel like it. Honestly, there are some very unhappy people in the world who want to makes others feel they same way. Whether it be your dog, your children, your choice in a car, purse, etc. If your choice isn't the same as theirs, it's ok in their mind, to voice it. I don't care for mean spirited people on any matter, it's much easier to be kind and it makes you feel great, too. I do understand how unbelievable and hurtful rude comments are, I've had my share! I would have probably just rolled my eyes and went on my way. |

| Wow. If I somehow happened to be walking with you and she had said that, honestly I would've completely went off on her. That is absolutely crazy and rude. Some people seriously don't have any respect for other people and their dogs. I agree with you though. I really hope that karma comes back at her for that one. |
