| Update on 2 lb pg baby For those that have been following this thread, I updated in the Breeder section, but I know a lot of you probably don't go there. Anyway, I did get little "Tia" on Friday. My vet saw her yesterday. She is 2.3 lbs, has a bad case of earmites, and yes, she is pregnant. We have her spay set up for Tuesday, so all prayers and well wishes would be appreciated. She's in my lap now; won't let me out of her sight. Now my question is.....she will not eat the food the lady sent with her (Top 21 ???), but she will pick out and gobble up the Chicken Soup I'm mixing with it. She's had good poops, but this morning was very little. She seems to be having gas, and I'm afraid she may be getting constipated. Should I give her canned pumpkin, or any other suggestions?

| So glad that you got the little gal...... I am sure she is in much better hands! She may just be a little nervous with her new surroundings. I am not sure about the pumplin, but I am sure there is someone that will know!!!

| I got my new baby 8 days ago, and she didn't poop at all for almost 24 hours. I was so afraid that something was wrong, but once she got comfortable she started going no problem! Maybe little Tia is just stressed out, good luck with everything! I really hope her spay goes well! |
