| Licking General Lee has started to lick at night. Not himself but us and the sheets or the bed cover. If I let him my legs and feet will be licked and licked and licked. When I out my hand in between to stop him, he will lick my hand. When I tell him to stop he does for a second or two and starts again. This has just started in the last couple of nights. Any ideas? |

| If my dog starts licking my feet while I sleep in the bed, then I would say "no" and put him in the kennel to sleep for the night. I would continue using this strategy until he stops licking me feet at night. If this strategy did not work, then I would have him sleep on a doggie mat instead. |

| I think some yorkies lick because its a nervous habit and some just do it to show affection. When Jewels do it excessively i just tell her enough and push her away

| Lickers I think they lick to get salt off your body. When my bear was 17 he licked and licked us, the sheets etc. He was on a salt reduced diet. |
