I'm a new member too ... joined before I found Leo .... so much info here and if you can't find what you need to know just ask ... lot's of knowledge and help on these forums ... hope you find her baby

Welcome to Yorkie Talk. It's a great place to learn about yorkies and to ask questions which you will have plenty of when you and your wife get your little furbie. Perhaps you would consider adopting a yorkie from a rescue group in your area. A lot of times they are already house/pad trained, know some commands, already spayed/neutered, ready to love and be loved and should cost a lot less. All of our "kids", both yorkie and mixed, have been rescues. Just remember to ask the rescue group lots of questions about the yorkie's past. There is a rescue forum on YT if you need help with questions and where groups are located.

Have you considered rescuing a Yorkie? There's probably tons of Yorkie rescue groups in California. They get puppies sometimes too, if you're only wanting a pup. Good luck!
