| She just won't go! I finally got my little fur ball today, and she's just perfect! We've been playing and exploring all day, but...it's been 8 hours and she hasn't gone to the bathroom! She got sick on the long ride to my house, so she hadn't eaten much, since I got her home she's eaten half a handful and drank some water ( she's kind of afraid of her food bowls actually lol very interesting) and we've been out every 30 minutes, and she hasn't gone to the bathroom at all! I've had her with me all day, so I know she didn't go somewhere I didn't see. How can I get her to potty? Thanks! |

| Congrats on your new "baby" If she is anything like my new baby she will go when she is ready, unfortunately NOT when you are ready..hahahaha It took Sweet Pea a few days to get comfy in her new home. Enjoy your new baby.

| Thanks! I guess we'll just wait it out. It's just been such a long time! Lol I think I may have a touch of "new mother" syndrom! |

| Aww it will take her a while- she is probably pretty stressed out- keep her near you tonight (even if she is in her crate) so you can hear her when she cries to take her out to potty. SHe will go eventually |

| also when she does go- HUGE Party- lots of praise and love and TREATS!!! after a few of these "parties" she will get the idea that going outside/on her pee pad is what you want and she will do it again and again to get that praise/treat. |

| Woo Hoo! Congrats on your furbaby!! Your post reminds me of when I brought home my daughter from the hospital 21+ years ago...we were home for hours and she hadn't soiled her diaper yet - so I changed it anyways...just to change it!! LOL
