| My shopping definitely slowed down when I realized that I was really buying doggie stuff for me! Edie doesn't really need anything except some toys, food, the daily treat, and quality time with me. I have a lot of doggie stuff from the first few years that I had Edie (she is 8-1/2 years old now). So I rarely buy anything except toys (which she tears up pretty quickly). |

| My boyfriend came home the other day after walking Chase. He told me that two separate people (who he always runs into) commented that he had more clothes than he did! Uh-oh. Signs of a shopaholic mommy! Make me stop!

| Your posting MADE MY DAY!!!! I read your heading, and I "thought" you were going to gripe about, ....something....rude people, prices of stuff, crappy bosses, weather issues, car issues....Oh golly, I could go on and on! But, instead......your posting made me smile, it made me laugh......and as lighthearted as it was, it made more of an impact on my day, than anything since I woke up..... I don't know you, but I think your hilarious!!! And your posting made me SMILE!! Thanks you for that! ![]() ![]() P.S. I agree by the way! Quote:

Last night my son-in-law was putting a very beautiful bow (he found on the counter) in my granddaughter Alexa's hair. I overheard him say look Alexa Nannie bought you the prettiest bow I have ever seen. I stood there for a second.......and decided I had better be honest. ( I didnt want them to take it home with them!) "A Josh that is for Carlie" ..........Busted! I feel better after seeing this thread, I thought maybe something was wrong with me.

| ♥ Mama's Boy ♥ Donating Member | I am horrible about buying clothes for Tobie, I have to have everything that I order shipped to my mom's house and end up telling my BF that "grandma got it for him" I know its bad when I rather go shopping for Tobie instead for me and I love love love to go shopping for me! But now when I get home from shopping Tobie has to get into the sack to see whats in there for him....hes not spoiled at all
