Ahh thank you, I am glad that we made ya laugh today. Poor Vicky really does need help since she is obvious denial about being president of the WLA. Maybe an intervention is needed, not sure yet.

I didn't hijack the thread... you did... I'd also like to apologise to the OP and also say my girls only like to lick feet when you just get out the shower and you're still wet.

Ours (5 months & 3.5 months) have chewed on our baseboards, wood floors, coat rack, etc. Bitter apple spray seems to have little/no deterrent effect. As a matter of fact, I think they see that spray as a "challenge" to overcome !!!!!!!!!

The love to shred newspapers, magazines, etc.

If feet are within reach (socks or not) apparently it's great fun to lick/bite them too.

We figure they're just in their puppy chewing stage; when we catch them, we correct them and we watch them closely to make sure they don't ingest anything harmful or tear anything up too bad.

Many dogs lick feet. It could be because they like the smell and taste of feet, or they are trying to mark you as a member of their pack.

My darling Suzi is a sock stealer. Anyone who wears socks is a target. She wil grab, tug, growl , and yank them straight off yor feet. Than after a few minutes of effort, she runs away with her prize ! Shakes the socks several times in her mouth, then comes back for the other sock. Sometimes, accidently she bites our toes, ow ! She lets go fast, then tugs at the other sock all over again. (sigh)
Suzi likes to lick our feet too, but not as much as take our socks. That's at the top of her list of complete joy.
I am glad the bitter apple spray is working! Suzi would no doubt like it! She loves that kind of stuff! My little one claims anything that is on the floor as hers . We have to always be very careful. Even if it is not on the floor, she manages to get a hold of it ! I have to laugh at her because I have even sen her jump on the computor chair , where we sit a lot. I asked suzi if she was going to use the computor? Silly girl. SHe just wanted to see why we were always sitting here .
