If you really want her I would be at the door of the Shelter an hour before they open.The only reason I say this is in Illinois when small pets come up for adoption they are quickly adopted.When we got our Chis they were rescues from a Puppy Mill,56 were rescued.My hubby and I got there the day that they were opened to the public.We got there an hour after they opened(we lived an hour away).Needless to say all were adopted but as we were walking out the manager decided to show us the two in quarateen (they showed extreme aggression).They let us fill out paperwork for these two,if they decide to adopt them out.Two days later we get the call we got not only those two but another whos adoption fell through,sadly one passed away in surgery.Good luck! I hope you get her and speaking of Hope I like that name very much for her because I hope she finds her forever home.

Wow-you guys are getting me really excited. I showed the pic of her to my kids and they are SUPER excited. I sure hope it all works out.

Oh Andi, I hope you do get her, she's a sweetie! IDK about names though, except I was watching a video of a yorkie the other day, her name was "Locket" - I thought it was cute and original.
