| YT 1000 Club Member | Food I've been wondering about how long some of you have had your dog on their current food? I've had Roxie on the same food (Royal Canine for Yorkies) since I got her. She does fine with it and doesn't have any stomach or digestive problems (has never had diarrhea and has consistent stools) but I wonder if she gets bored with eating the same stuff for so long. 2 years to be exact. Was just curious. |

				 | I've always used Royal Canin too for adults and puppies both. But within the last 3-4 months I've slowly switched over to Canidae. Truthfully, I think all of mine would rather be on Royal Canin Puppy chow! I put things in the kibble to keep it interesting. A teaspoon of cottage cheese, chicken broth, chopped grilled chicken, rice... just to make it more interesting.

| YT 1000 Club Member | she doesn't seem to mind it, she eats it. even my cat eats it. probably why the cat is sooooo fat. she gets other things like a spoonful of my yogurt or a little bit of cooked up hamburger etc. she's pretty spoiled. i just worry that it must get boring eating the same stuff for so long but maybe it's better for her and that's why she's never had stomach upsets (knock on wood). |

				 | I have heard it is not good to change your dog's food. We feed Buddy Eukanuba, and he is a happy dog. |
